Thank you for considering sponsoring the Fort Cavazos Spouses’ Club’s annual charity events!
Our charity events are successful because of our local community coming together to support a great cause. During our 2024-2025 season, we are hosting 3 major fundraising events – our 43rd Annual Holiday Bazaar, FCSC Holiday Social, and Wild West Night.
Your sponsorship will not only help make our charity events a success but will also directly provide grants to local Central Texas nonprofits so they can thrive and continue to make positive impacts. Last year, Fort Cavazos Spouses Club disbursed $75,000 into our central Texas Community. We are dedicated to fiscal responsibility and making the greatest impact in our community.
As a sponsor, recognition of your company can reach 31,400 soldiers and their families that live in the Fort Cavazos area. Your company will receive prominent, visible recognition leading up to and during the event, and your company will have opportunity to have your logo featured on promotional materials, our website, social media posts and event signage.

43rd ANNUAL HOLIDAY BAZAAR
– November 9 &10, 2024, Killeen Civic & Conference Center -
Our annual holiday market showcases over 100 vendors and food trucks and hosts 1,500 attendees
throughout the weekend. It’s a FCSC tradition that the community looks forward to every year!

The Elite Event Sponsor is the highest sponsorship level of this event.
Your organization's name will be added to the event name and shared on all aspects of the event.
Your sponsorship will help us offset the costs of rental fees.

The Coffee & Coco Cart Sponsor has their logo/organization name displayed on the
coffee & cocoa cart that is available throughout the event to all bazaar customers while they shop.
Your sponsorship will offset the costs of coffee, cocoa, and supplies for the cart.

Vendor Appreciation Bag Sponsor $500

The Vendor Appreciation Bag Sponsor will have their logo/organization name displayed on
gift bags filled with beverages and treats for approximately 120 vendors that attend the bazaar.
Your sponsorship will offset the costs of snacks for our vendors.

FCSC Holiday Social
– Tuesday, December 3, 2024 –

A festive night out for our members and their spouses to raise money for our grants program.
Sponsorship of this event will help offset the costs of food, entertainment, and opportunity raffles.

The Food & Beverage Sponsor has their logo/organization name displayed on advertisements for the event, our social media platforms, FCSC’s monthly newsletter and signage at the event.

FCSC’s biggest fundraiser of the year includes silent & live auctions, dancing, & casino-style games in a high energy night to remember for the community and military members!
