Hello All!
The Holiday Bazaar was a huge success! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who volunteered their time and effort. It was definitely a team effort, and it paid off in a big way! We raised almost $30,000, which will be given out in grants to organizations that make a positive impact in our great community.
We've also had some really great community outreach projects this past month, and I have to take a moment to thank Erin Bordelon for coordinating! From fluffing and prepping wreaths for Wreaths for Vets, to serving 1,000 turkeys and Thanksgiving sides for our military families, we’ve been busy giving back in a big way. We also had the privilege of serving food alongside Unleashed Beasts on Thanksgiving and helping to lay 16,500 wreaths at the Texas Veterans Cemetery in support of Wreaths for Vets. In addition, our Bubba’s 33 fundraiser raised an amazing $550, which will go a long way in supporting our efforts.
Can you believe it's almost 2025?!?! Big things are ahead! We have so much to look forward to, from welcoming back lots of loved ones to a couple more amazing luncheons. And of course, our beloved Wild West Night! Let's keep the momentum going and make 2025 our best year yet! Way to go, team! This is what it’s all about! Thank you all for your incredible efforts!

Community Outreach
Thank you to everyone who volunteered for all of our outreach opportunities in November! Through your donations at Holiday Bazaar, we were able to assist Unleashed Beasts MC in their endeavors to provide a meal and cold-weather items to our local homeless community. We were thrilled to be able to contribute to the Wreaths for Vets organization and participate in such a worthy cause. Please see the flyer for our 12 Days of Giving!

Holiday Bazaar 2024
The 4rd Annual Holiday Bazaar was a huge success and the club raised over $30,000 for our grants program! We had 93 vendors and food trucks and over 1,000 shoppers and volunteers attended throughout the weekend. A huge shoutout to all the volunteers who helped make the weekend successful. We’d also like to thank our Elite Sponsor, H-E-B; our cocoa cart sponsor, Hanna Smelser; the Vendor Welcome Bag sponsor, Daniel Stark Law Firm; Sam's Club, and all the businesses who kindly donated. Without the generosity of local businesses and volunteers, the event wouldn’t have been such a success.

February 15, 2025
Late and/or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Your organization must be a 501(c)(3).
Please note: There is only one grant distribution for 2024-2025.
FCSC will not award grants that fund: The Grant Applicants’ Mortgages, Rents, Membership Fees/Dues, Event venue fees, travel & organizational operating costs (i.e. utilities or regular building maintenance, employee salaries or training), Purchase of Real Estate or improvements to existing/new building structures.
Bubba's Gift Card Fundraiser
Looking for an easy holiday gift for a teacher, coach, friend, or family? Bubba's Gift Card Fundraiser is active now until December 20! FCSC will receive 10% of gift card sales purchased through our link during this time. These gift cards can also be used at Texas Roadhouse and Jaggers.
